    Directorate of Special Operations (Scorpions)

    Henk assisted a prominent South African commercial bank with the investigation of a complex financial investigation into fraudulent property transactions of a Director of the bank.

    He formed part of a three-man investigation team that successfully investigated, and prosecuted the suspect on 50 counts of fraud in relation to +R30 million over a period of 3 years.

    He founded Sinden & Associates in 2004 and mainly concentrated on financial investigations in the corporate environment.

    Henk has recently managed 11 insurance investigators over a 3-year period to conduct short terms insurance verifications and investigations.
